Dr Salven Pillay’s vast experience includes Emergency Medicine, General Surgery and Anaesthetics in addition to Family Medicine. After relocating with his wife and family from South Africa he continued to work as an Anaesthetist as well as a General Practitioner.

He enjoys teaching medical students and Doctors specialising in General Practice and is an
examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Australian Medical
Council.

When not at work Dr Salven Pillay enjoys being active playing golf and going to the gym, as
well as spending time with his family.
